PAYMENT

All payment should be in USD.
All payment should be made through PayPal, via invoice method. In some cases I will send you my paypal email for you to send me the money, I've had a few cases where my invoice doesn't show up for some people or the link to pay won't work. In this case please let me know and I'll give you my paypal email.
Payment is due in full up front for commission items including the following-

-prismacolor drawings
-Copic marker drawings
-pencil drawings
-digital drawings
-custom hasbro blind bag ponies
-custom hasbro ponies

payment plans are available(for sculptures only): half payment before starting and the remaining half once painting has begun.

At least a partial payment(for sculptures, full payment for the items listed above) is required within three days of your commission request being accepted; failure to do so will result in your request being dropped. If you need more time, let me know.

Once you make payment I begin to sculpt or draw asap. If at ANY TIME you cancel out and dont want it anymore I will NOT REFUND ANY MONEY! I have already taken MY time and MY materials to start creating what YOU wanted. it wount be fair to me to be stuck with a custom sculpt that I now can do nothing with and wouldnt be able to make anything off of. All sales are FINAL. (this may be negotiated depending on how far along i am with the sculpt or if financial or health problems occur etc.)

Shipping will be determined by country. In your note asking for a commission you must include which country you live in so I can quote you a shipping cost. I DO NOT AND CAN NOT assure that no breakage will happen in the shipping process. I do my BEST to wrap them and pad them so the travel safe, but once it leaves my hands it is up to the postal system not myself. NO refunds will be made if breakages occur.

when noting me for a price quote please include the following information- 

-what character(s) you would like drawn
-LINKS to the ref sheets of the characters if they are ocs 
-what poses you want them in or what you want them doing
-any additional information I need to know about the character that isn't noticeable from there ref sheet
-what country you live in (for customs or sculptures so I can give a price shipping quotes)

once i I accept your commission I'll request that you give me your PayPal email, name, and address (name and address are needed for items I will be mailing you)

When acquiring a price quote it is valid for 30 days. After the 30 day period you must get a new price quote from me as my prices may have changed. 

My prices are subject to change at ANY time. I can raise or lower the price when ever I feel the need to. No NO two price quotes are the same. You may not and will not pay the same as your friend did, so don't rely on what they said or paid as what your going to pay. 

When I offer specials deals, such as half off, free shipping or discounted prices they are for a set period of time ONLY! (It is rare that I do this tho!) I will delete the journal post offering such things after that date! If you do NOT see a journal offering any of these things then they are NOT available at that set time!

ARTIST

By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission. Just ask me!
I cannot claim the IP (intellectual property) or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects.
I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.
I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sculptures as "pre-posed" at a later date.

COMMISSIONER

The commissioner may upload the work done for you to your site as long as it is CREDITED and LINKED back to my profile
You retain the rights to the IP (for the original character).
You may not claim the work to be your own or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial. If you are looking for something to redistribute, use for your project(s), as an ad, sell or show at conventions etc., speak to me for information on royalty fees.

If you are not sure whether your request counts as personal, feel free to ask me about its intended use.

PROCEDURE

After payment is received: I sketch your idea (for sculptures) start to sculpt and paint depending on your commission type.
I do not accept "written description only" commissions. You must have at least one visual reference.

Sketches do not have an approval stage. When/ if i sktech out an idea for your sculpture i will send you link. You may request minor tweaks if I missed any distinguishing features present in your reference.

Once I begin sculpting I may and usually do post WIP pictures. I reserve the right to add a $10 USD or more fee over any edits after the first one. If there are any problems with your sculpture such as missing an item etc. and it wasn't in the original skecth or if you want to add anything that wasn't discussed in the beginning then you will also be charged.  Please be clear and concise in your description of the change. You can use other works and photos you like as references! (But I will NOT re-create other artist artwork or mine own)

Please, let me know if I have made any mistakes. Anything that needs to be fixed on "my mistake", on your reference(s) and I missed it, will always be fixed for free.

I will TRY my best to match the colors of your OC. I have a variety of paint colors but sometimes not all colors can be matched. I can NOT reproduce glowing or certian neon shades but will always come as close as possible.

I keep files and records of each and every commission I get, I keep records of payments, address, names, paypal emails, date payment was made, shipping dates, and the date the items were delivered. I keep very details records and files to protect myself and the money I make. I do not and will not share your personal information with anyone for any reason. I keep these to protect myself. I get tracking numbers when I ship my work. If any charge backs are filed with paypal I have more than enough information to prove you received your item and you agreed to this these terms plus proof in any notes were sheared back and forth between each other and protect myself from losing hundreds of dollars and going negative into my bank account.

Do NOT rush me. I work on things on my own pace and time. I do have a life and need to do other things in a day. If I am rushed or nagged by you to hurry and finish the piece it makes me feel bad and I hurry to get it done and it looks sloppy. If you rush me, you will get rushed sloppy work.

If you need something done, or made and shipped out by a certian date I must be aware of this ahead of time! I have the right to add on a price for putting it to the top of my list and finishing it before other commissions who are paid. I CAN and WILL add an amount to your total for having the item done by a certian date.

Be reasonable when asking to have things done on time. If you ask a month or two beforw you need it, I will try my hardest to work with that. If you note me and are asking to have it done the next week or two I will ignore your note and possible block you if there is harassment or a rude response to me denying your request.

Anyone who is rude unreasonable or harassing in the note or request they send me will be BLOCKED! If I get note from you begging me to make something but you dont have the money or begging me to pay in points you will be BLOCKED! Im tired of this and any sort of this behavior will result in me blocking you and adding you to my list of people who can NOT get a commission from me.

Bestiality
Milking
Incest
Micro/Macro
Inflation/Weight Gain
Anthro
Humanoids
Violence/abuse
